  • Web-based CRM implemented in J2EE with a relatively rich feature set through modules for contact and account management, customer service, customer communication, collaboration, some document management, basic mass mailing facilities, etc. The UI is not state of the art in terms of being intuitive and user friendly. The software comes in three editions, Enterprise, Group and Community containing the same feature sets, but differ in terms of packaging and support availability.
